Privacy, terms and refunds.

Privacy

When you use a form on this site, an order, the free guides, or a project enquiry, we collect what you give us: your name, email, WhatsApp number and message. We use it to:

• Send you what you asked for (guides, order confirmations, replies to enquiries)
• Follow up about your order or project
• Understand which of our marketing is working, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly

We store this information securely with Supabase, and send email through Resend. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share it outside Utalii Creative, except with the processors above who help us run the site, and payment providers (Flutterwave) when you make a purchase.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@utaliicreative.com.

Terms

By using this site or buying from us, you agree to the plain-language basics:

• Digital products (like the Sprint Kit) are for your own use, or your organisation's use under the Studio tier's commercial licence. Please do not resell or redistribute them as your own.
• Prices are shown in USD for digital products and UGX for physical products made in Kampala, with an approximate conversion for other currencies.
• We reserve the right to update our products, pricing and these terms as the studio grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
• Custom, commissioned work (Engagement Experiences, learning programmes, activations) is scoped and agreed with you directly before any project begins.

Refunds

Digital products (Sprint Kit and future kits): a 7-day happiness guarantee. If it does not help you design a better event, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no back and forth required.

Physical products (custom puzzles, board games, souvenirs): since each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once production has started. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

Custom, commissioned work: refund terms are agreed as part of your project scope before work begins.
